Yoga
A comprehensive approach to health, wellness, and personal growth. Yoga enhances health and fitness with a full body approach to improving strength, endurance, and flexibility.  In addition, students of Yoga gain a deep understanding byworking deep breathing techniques and flowing movements into a well balanced exercise routine.  Yoga is used by a variety of folks in various lifestyles including most professional and Olympian athletes.  We suggest a water bottle.  Most classes are 60m.

Vinyasa Flow
A blend of Yoga movements, poses, and deep breathing exercises that enhance individual fitness level.  This flowing Yoga style interrelates movements to build muscular endurance and length.  In addition, flowing Yoga increases nero-muscular heat, allowing for a deep stretch and a controlled release of soft tissues.  Vinyasa flow is a high workload and a favorite KunaYoga class.  We do suggest a water bottle.  Most classes are 60m.

PowerYoga and YogaCore
KunaPowerYoga and YogaCore, combined or seperate sessions, focus on core muscular structures.  Classes are designed to build strength and endurance like low back and abs.  YogaCore engages the individual in a variety of fitness stations designed to increase strength through our weight and fitness stations.  The PowerYoga compliments core stations with movements to increase flexibility and endurance.  This class is a classic conditioning class for athletes and people re-entering a fitness program. We suggest a towel and a water bottle.  Most classes are 70 minutes.

KunaHotYoga
 
HotYoga warms the room, then blends a flowing movement specifically designed to create body heat.  This combination allows the individual to work at a very intentse level.  We do recommend bringing water, a change of cloths, and a towel for your mat.  The 80 minute classes are an excellent approach to any fitness plan as students will increase core strength, flexibility, and muscular durability.
